Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship(logo whooshing) - [Narrator] There is no doubt, COVID-19 changed the way we all lived our lives.
It certainly changed the way we educated our students, when in-person classroom learning was forced online or remote.
Now, five years later, new test scores shed some light on how different school districts and different students in the Commonwealth may have fared.
WVIA News takes a closer look at PSSA scores from districts all over Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania.
Reporter Sarah Hofius Hall spent time in classrooms all over the area and just published a comprehensive report on what she found, which you can find online at wvia.org/news.
In this program, we'll take that story a step further.
We speak with area superintendents about their district's scores and what they're doing to improve them, and we'll try to get a sense of some of the barriers or the challenges they're facing in trying to do so.
