Digital tools are helping to address the mental health crisis among America's young people
An estimated 20 million American kids ages three to 17 have a diagnosable mental health disorder according to the American Psychological Association, and that was before the COVID-19 pandemic. Between the threat and reality of school shootings, in person and on social media, and just the normal pressure of growing up, it's little wonder that kids are struggling.
