Lackawanna College in Scranton has a new President and you’ll meet him at WVIA. Mark Volk spent 26 years in the Army, trained in Arabic and traveled throughout the world. He saved lives at the Pentagon after the September 11th attack and earned the Army’s highest non-combat award for heroism.
